Here is a longer route we could do this Sunday 27 April
I have plotted a route which is slightly longer than recent rides at 66 miles or 106 Kilometres.
This will take us further into Essex. Chigwell, Chipping Ongar, Leaden Roding, High Roding, Hatfield Heath (39 miles coffee stop), Matching Tye, Epping, Walthamstow and back to the shop.
What do you think?

Sunday 27th. Route
A fine route, shame about the weather forecast - could swap to Saturday and enjoy 20 degrees of sun instead of heavy April showers. Anyone interested, please let me know....

Sunday Ride 27th April
If it's absolutely pissing down at 9.30 am tomorrow, we should have an alternative start time of say 12.00, or 1.00 etc., as often the weather improves during the course of the day. Otherwise, those of you who can should get on your bike today and enjoy the sunshine whilst it lasts!

It's a Large Gin & Tonic for Michael
Just back from today's 69 mile run after an unexpected stop in Epping for a large G & T - or was that a double puncture..? My thanks to the young kids on mountain bikes who came to my rescue and protected me from the rain whilst I changed the inner tubes. Hope everyone else made it home for tea and crumpets in front of fire whilst I sat back on my saddle and enjoyed the countryside as it whizzed by. Looking forward to next Sunday's fun!

Shame I missed it, it sounds like you all had a good ride, but deadlines meant the office for me.

Nick, will that be before or after some bit on your bike breaks or falls off?
BTW, you should all check whether you are real cyclists on BikeSnob

I own two track pumps, so am obviously a die hard.

Before AND after, since you're implying that only one bit of my bike is going to break.
