Marathon Spin
My thanks to all you cyclo-maniacs for your (financial) support re next week's Marathon Spin. Don't forget to come and support Kelvin and myself in Priory Park after your Sunday run, and put all those marathon runners to shame (10K? it's a mere stroll in the ---!) - we'll be there until 3.0 pm wearing our Two Wheels Good 2009 fashion outfits...

RE Marathon Spin
Hi Derek - had form last two Sunday cycles, but you are welcome to make a donation either through Kelvin next week as he's going out before joining the spin , or any time up until 25th June, when all money has to be collected. Alternatively, send me an e-mail and I'll scan a copy of the form and send it by return (mssalut@blueyonder.co.uk)

See you on Sunday

Like all good peep shows, you need to put money in the bucket first, and keep chucking in more to keep the show going!

Many thanks to all for your support today - especially to James for selling lots of raffle tickets! Kelvin (4 hours on the spin bike) should have some photos to post on the forum in the near future. Don't know how much money we raised in total, but should be between £400 and £500 - Michael (6 hours).

Re: Marathon Spin
yah, thanks guys for donating and also coming to visit. I must say, doing fixed wheel for 4 hours is a little different than riding on my Look! many differences, especially the one where i'm not going anywhere, and it was a little weird, because when i'm on a spin bike i am yelling at people.

You're not that quiet when you've got a freewheel.
