Partial credit to Neil for the idea of climbing Muswell Hill over and over. This loop is designed to be a killer so don't worry if you drool and/or lose control of your upper-body motor functions at any point. Repeat as many times as you can before passing out.

Oh yeah, definitely NOT on a Sunday!! This is a midweek or Saturday suggestion for those who're doing l'Etape du Tour.

Now that's a challenge.

Come stay at my house. I'll show some ruddy hills, magnammit.

Hello everyone, how are you?

Hills in Yorkshire? Where?

I didn't see any when we did our rides there last year.

Next you'll be saying there's wind!

BTW, Partridge might quite possibly be the Spelling and Punctuation Nazis from the previous forum, or Pat as he was sometimes known as.

What nonsense. The Spelling & Punctuation Nazi is like The Stig on Top Gear - no one knows quite who or what he is.

I always thought it slightly strange that you wore a white full face helmet on the Sunday rides
