some of us are going to go riding starting a 8 am and meet out with the finchley CC and trash around with them for the day. rumor has it that they are faster, go for about 80 miles, and do not wait for people when you get dropped.

For those budding racers out there tomorrow at 8.00am, if any of you sponsored me for the marathon spin, I'm afraid it's collection time. As I will not be joining the 8.00am race, can you please e-mail me on mssalut@blueyonder.co.uk so that I can arrange collection at some time. For those who will be leaving at the normal time of 9.30am, and who also sponsored me, I'll be there for a more leisurely ride (also 80 miles or more!), and happy to collect the money - Michael
